DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Delivery Methods
    SIU PACK supports nationwide remote shopping. You can choose one of the following delivery methods:
  • Prepayment for delivery
  • Payment via the SIU PACK website (siupack.com.au)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  1. Shipping Fees

SIU PACK offers free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City for large orders.

For areas outside of Ho Chi Minh City, customers are required to pay for shipping costs based on the corresponding region.

For customers selecting prepayment delivery, please transfer the amount corresponding to the value of the goods and the shipping fee. SIU PACK will provide the exact amount for you.
For customers choosing COD, you will need to pay for the goods and any COD fees, according to the fee schedule of the service provider (if applicable). SIU PACK will notify you of the total amount.

  1. Order Processing Time

SIU PACK will contact customers to confirm their order details.

3.1 Orders through the website (https://siupack.com.au)
For orders placed between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, we will contact you the same day.
For orders placed after 6:00 PM, we will contact you the following morning.

3.2 Phone orders via hotline
We will notify and discuss the order details with you as soon as we receive the call.

  1. Delivery Time

SIU PACK will process deliveries as follows:

  • Delivery within 1 – 3 days after order confirmation for customers in the outskirts of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho.
  • For other regions, delivery time will depend on the customer’s location and requirements.
  • Delivery time may change according to the agreement between the customer and SIU PACK.
  • During peak times (holidays, promotions, etc.), we may not be able to deliver immediately, and we will negotiate the delivery time with you.
