To shop online, you can choose from one of the following methods:

I. Ordering by Phone
Customers can call the Online Store directly at 0911 081 750.
The SIU PACK online sales team is always ready to serve customers from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Monday to Sunday.

II. Ordering via the Website

Step 1: Register an Account
To place an online order, you must have a personal account on the website siupack.com.au (if you don’t have one, you can register here).
Note: After completing the registration steps, you will receive a notification email asking you to click on the link provided to activate your account. Once the registration and activation are complete, you will have an account to conduct transactions on the website.

Step 2: Log in and Choose Products
Once you have an account on our system, you can log in to purchase products or, after selecting your items, the system will prompt you to log in.

• On the website interface, there are tools to help you search for products, such as the search box, category menu, and product categories.

Step 3: Place the Order
After choosing the desired products, proceed to place your order by clicking the button. You can add more products to your cart or adjust the quantity in the cart. To view your cart, click on “View Cart & Checkout” on the homepage.

Your cart will display personal information, selected product details, shipping options, and payment methods.
After selecting the shipping and payment options, click on “Submit Order” to complete the ordering process.

Step 4: Receive the Goods and Payment
– Shipping fees will be communicated to the customer.

– The store only accepts orders from customers who provide accurate information, such as address and phone number.
